This is the best salmon recipe I've ever had! Don't pay attention to what goes into it and don't smell the marinade, just trust me it'll be good.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. Horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. rice vinegar
- 6 Salmon filets w/ skin (6oz each)
Directions
- Put 1/3 of this marinade in a ziplock bag with the salmon filets for 30 minutes. Grill or broil and brush with reserved marinade.
Tips
- Try this on the BBQ, it's 100x better
- I heat up some of the left over marinade in a bowl and pour some on the fish just before I serve it.
